Market Law: Editore Giuffrè launches the scientific series directed by Domenico Siclari

The birth of a new science series it is always an event surrounded by understandable attention and justified curiosity. The Necklace does not escape this empirical rule "Market law"Dell 'Giuffre Publisher, founded under the auspices of the Department of Economics and Law of the Sapienza University of Rome and directed by Dominic Siclari, full professor of Economics and Financial Markets Law at the Roman University.

The Necklace was born with the aim of hosting contributions of various kinds (individual research, collective volumes, conference proceedings, etc.), conducted according to the scientific method which belongs to economic law. Therefore, underlines Domenico Siclari, with a scientific approach based on interdisciplinarity, on comparative research, on the method of law and economics; an approach also of a multilevel type, thus accessing supranational and Euro-unitary sources.

THE FIRST TWO TITLES OF THE SERIES: THE PRESENCE OF FOREIGN TEACHERS AND THE CONTENTS

A direct consequence of this orientation, on the one hand, is the composition of the Scientific Committee of the series, with the significant presence of authoritative foreign teachers belonging to prestigious university institutions: from the Panthèon-Assas in Paris, to University College and Queen Mary, both in London; from the Goethe University of Frankfurt to the University of Zurich.

On the other hand, they bear witness to it first two titles of the Series. The first, "The legal regulation of systemic risk - Financial stability and macro-prudential policies" by Giuseppe Sciascia, investigates, through a comparative analysis of the European and US systems, the mechanisms of systemic risk in view of the overall evolution between public powers, financial and economic systems, with the latter, characterized, in the last twenty years, by a phase of instability and profound transformation.

The second book: "The Fund for Energy and Environmental Services– Contribution to the study of forms of public management of financial flows in Economic Law"

The second book, still hot off the press,"The Fund for Energy and Environmental Services– Contribution to the study of the forms of public management of financial flows in Economic Law” by Domenico Andacchio, is a volume which, in the light of the strategic importance of the energy and environmental markets, analyzes the organizational set-up and the operations of the Fund for Energy and Environmental Services; an institution, which can be considered the operational and financial arm of the Regulatory Authority for Energy, Networks and the Environment.

Two qualified research contributions which definitively confirm the second Dominic Siclari, as "to understand the functioning of each economic sector and individual markets, it is essential to be aware of the legal regulation, which dictates the disciplinary framework, with its limits and potential".
