The price of the shares, which are currently changing hands at 4,38 euros, is thus close to the price of 4,44 euros set for the purchase of the share by Mitsubishi. The Japanese company also announced that, upon completion of the operation, it will promote a public purchase offer on the remaining 25,03% of Delclima's share capital.
The overall rating of the company is 664 million euro and the transaction will be finalized by the end of November.
