Confirmed dividend of 0,40 euros per share that De 'Longhi will distribute to shareholders from May 2, 2014, with coupon detachment on April 28, 2014.
The shareholders' meeting of the company, in addition to approving the 2013 financial statements, also expressed a positive opinion on the coupon previously established by the Board of Directors.
In the wake of the news, at the beginning of the afternoon the stock market of the household appliance company gained 3%, to 15,50 euros.
De' Longhi closed 2013 with a net profit of 116,9 million euros. Furthermore, the shareholders renewed the plan for the purchase and disposal of treasury shares, up to a maximum amount of 28 million shares.
