Credem: Credemvita profit +25% in the half year

Positive results also for Credemassicurazioni, which recorded profits up 17%, to 4,1 million – Both companies achieved a significant increase in premium income in June 2018

Credem: Credemvita profit +25% in the half year

Credemvita, an insurance company active in the life business wholly owned by Credem, and Credemassicurazioni, an insurance company active in the non-life business jointly owned by Credem and Reale Mutua di Assicurazioni, approved the financial statements as at 100 June 30 in recent weeks, both showing strong growth.

In detail, Credemvita's net profit stood at 15,7 million, up 25% on last year and Credemassicurazioni's net profit reached 4,1 million, up 17%.

Both companies, led by CEO Francesco Germini, recorded a significant increase in premium income in June 2018, underlines a note.

In particular, for Credemvita by 16% to 659,1 million compared to 570,3 million in June 2017 and for Credemassicurazioni by 25% to 25,1 million compared to 20,1 million in the same period of the previous year.
