TIM has decided to activate economic protection and insurance coverage instruments in case of coronavirus infection, in addition to the measures already implemented to further protect all its employees in an exceptional context such as the current one.
For this reason, the group has subscribed, for first in Italy among the large industrial companies, in favor of its approximately 45.000 employees an insurance coverage that is divided into an indemnity in the event of hospitalization caused by infection, a convalescence indemnity and a post-hospitalization assistance package to better manage health recovery and family management .
Since the emergence of the emergency, TIM has implemented and made available to the community (Institutions, Companies and Citizens) all possible initiatives to ensure the connectivity of the country and the safety of its employees.
