Falcinelli (Filctem CGIL): "To increase wages, contracts need to be renewed"

"To defend the role and value of national employment contracts, contracts must be renewed: it is the only way to defend them from those who think that by now the national contract should not have its value in the contractual model of this country". This is the comment of Marco Falcinelli, general secretary of Filctem CGIL.

“Those who thought that this, given the inflation and with the difficulties associated with the pandemic and the war, was not the season to renew national contracts have been proven wrong. And this result was possible also thanks to a univocal vision of the three trade union organizations, we managed to give a positive response to the workers.
