RAPID SURVEY ON CONFINDUSTRIA'S INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTION - The Confindustria Study Center reported an increase in industrial production of 0,2% in July over June - An increase of 0,4% over May was estimated in June
Industrial production in July grew by 0,2% compared to June and in June it increased by 0,4% compared to May. The data from the Confindustria Study Center are more than comforting. In July, the distance from the pre-crisis peak of activity (April 2008) was -24,5%.
Order volumes in July recorded an increase of 0,3% over June and a decrease of 0,7% over July 2012. In June they remained unchanged over May and decreased by 1,8% over June 2012.
