Even if covid, lockdown, the alternation of yellow, orange and red zones are the cause of, sometimes dramatic, separation between the public and the world of catering, the fact remains that with a little imagination you can create the conditions to cultivate the pleasures of the gourmet table from home while maintaining a virtual relationship with your favorite restaurant.
This is what the chefs Salvatore and Vincenzo Butticè and their sister Antonella, sommelier, three brothers thought originating from Raffadali (Agrigento), a small village not far from the Valley of the Temples and the Scala dei Turchi which they have taken over since 2007 Il Moro, a traditional seafood restaurant in Monza since 1966, transforming it in a short time into a highly sought-after corner of the great Sicilian cuisine in full Brianza.
They certainly don't lack organizational skills, they come from a family of agricultural and restaurant entrepreneurs, just as from their land they have forfeited a concept of culture of integration of gastronomic civilizations and of relationship with the customer that goes beyond the usual formalities. The result is that in Il Moro di Monza, between modern design atmospheres and sunny warm Sicilian hospitality, all of this translates on paper into a mixture of the flavors of the land of origin and the territory that welcomed them: a bridge between Sicily and Lombardy.
From all this came the idea of "Chef in streaming", a new project of remote social eating and share cooking. "Chef streaming" works like this: you buy a box that includes all the ingredients, created in such a way that the theme enhances the agri-food resources of the Italian system with typical traditional recipes and you cook interactively with the chef, with the possibility of ask questions live and show success directly to chefs Salvatore and Vincenzo Butticè
