Cassa Depositi e Prestiti and Mps Capital Services, the corporate and investment bank of the Montepaschi Group have granted a loan of 78 million euro for 5 years to Amplifon. The two companies communicate it through a note.
In detail, CDP participated in the financing with 33 million euros, while MPS allocated 45 million. The resources will be used by Amplifon to push "on its important growth path and to strengthen its leadership position in the sector", reads the joint note from the two groups.
Amplifon, a company listed on the Ftse Mib, is active in the hearing services sector, operates in 28 countries with a network of 11 points of sale and employs 17 people. In 2019, the company's turnover exceeded 1,7 billion euros.
