Starting from August XNUMX, Guido Rivolta will no longer be the general manager of Cdp Equity, a company wholly owned by Cassa Depositi e Prestiti. He let the group know in a note, specifying that the role of engineer Rivolta will be taken on by Pierpaolo Di Stefano, CEO of Cdp Equity since last April.
Rivolta will maintain the positions of chairman of Ansaldo Energia and director of Trevi, both companies owned by Cdp Equity.
Previously known under the name of Fondo Strategico Italiano, Cdp Equity is a long-term investor who acquires mainly minority stakes in companies of significant national interest.
