The time has come for Cattolica for a new board of directors. A chapter in the history of the company closes and a new one opens, linked to the definitive transformation into a Spa, effective from 1 April. There list of 15 candidates, unanimously approved by the Board of Directors, is structured in two sections and will be presented at the assembly scheduled for May 14th. As expected, the president Paolo Bedoni leaves the scene, confirmed the CEO Carlo Ferraresi. He will most likely get to the presidency Davide Croff, former Bnl and long-time manager who will guarantee the transition to the new role of Cattolica after the long tug of war on the transformation into a Spa which ended with Bedoni's departure from the scene. The first section of the list concerns the directors who will not be part of the Management Control Committee:

In practice, only Stefano Gentili, Roberto Lancellotti and Elena Vasco remain of the old Board of Directors, as well as Carlo Ferraresi of course.
