Carige's board of directors voted by majority no confidence in the CEO Guido Bastianini. This is what has been learned on the outcome of the board of directors' work which began this morning at 10.30 and having as its only item on the agenda the discussion on the letter of no confidence in the managing director presented at the last board meeting by the vice chairman and main shareholder Vittorio Bad stocking.
The no-confidence proposal obtained 8 votes in favor and 4 against. Even in a day of very high tension, with the farewell to the administrator and the possible postponement of the capital increase (which could lead to the receivership), the title Carige closed the session in Piazza Affari gaining 1,5%, at 0,2213 euro per share.
