In the first trades in Piazza Affari, the Camfin share lost almost one percentage point. Yesterday evening the company announced that Marco Tronchetti Provera has left the Board of Directors of Gpi, the holding company upstream of the Camfin-Pirelli chain of control.
Tronchetti's decision to leave the board together with his daughter Ilaria "is consequent to rejection of the offer formulated yesterday by Marco Tronchetti Provera Partecipazioni spa to Malacalza Investimenti srl and given the legal dispute which has now become permanent”, explains the press release.
