Goodbye queues at the municipal counter: from 1 February it will be possible to change residence from the portal of the National Registry of Resident Population (Anpr), thanks to the activation of the service by the first 31 Italian Municipalities identified in agreement with Anci. This is a first phase of application, which will last about two months, at the end of which the service will then be gradually extended to all Italian municipalities.

You can access the registry portal with your own digital identity (Spid, Electronic Identity Card or National Services Card) and fill in the registry declaration following the instructions in the private area of services for citizens.

There are about thirty administrations adhering to the first application, but Rome and Milan are not among these. to follow thelist: Alessandria, Altamura, Bagnacavallo, Bari, Bergamo, Bologna, Brescia, Carbonia, Castel San Pietro Terme, Cesena, Cuneo, Florence, Forlì, Laives, Latina, Lecco, Lierna, Livorno, Oristano, Pesaro, Potenza, Prato, Rosignano Marittimo , San Lazzaro di Savena, San Severino Marche, Teramo, Trani, Treia, Trento, Valsamoggia, Venice.
