The Post Office represents “a model of sustainable innovation and inclusive development“. This was underlined by the CEO Francesco Caio within the framework of the Conference for i 40 years of Prometheia which has innovation among its main themes. The "sustainable and hybrid innovation" model of the Post Office is based on strengths such as "a trusted brand and a widespread presence on the territory that integrate technological skills with the centrality of human and person relationships", indicated the CEO . This "to help a widespread adoption of the processes of the new economy without which the country risks being excluded from development".
The Post Office was inspired by "an inclusive development model" for the industrial plan and to go on the capital market for the privatization of part of the company and that is what they are implementing, Caio then underlined.
