Stock markets all down: in Piazza Affari sales on Enel-Enel GP and on Exor

According to a rumor from the ECB, the attacks did not increase the pessimism of families and businesses, but by mid-day the European stock exchanges were all down – Sales on the Enel galaxy and Exor in Piazza Affari – Stm and Saipem bucking the trend – Storm on the board of Telecom Italia: funds on the attack – Banks in decline.

Morning down for European lists. TO Milano the Ftse Mib index lost 0,9%, while Frankfurt marks a decrease of 0,7% e Madrid 1%. Paris, after the large anti-terrorist operation by the police in Saint Denis, is down 1%. According to Yves Mersch, the Luxembourg member of the board of the ECB, the attacks have not caused an increase in pessimism among consumers and businesses in the eurozone.

The company announced this morning that the most significant revision concerns next year's Ebitda, cut to 14,7 billion euros from 15 billion. More than half of the investments (17 billion) will be concentrated in renewables. The "broadband" model will also be replicated outside Italy. 

It has also been announced the integration of Enel Green Power (-2,7%). EGP shareholders will receive new Enel shares, in an exchange ratio equal to 0,486 Enel shares for each EGP share. After the demerger, the Finance Ministry will have a 23,569% stake in Enel.

Among the oil producers, Eni loses 0,1%, Tenaris 0,5%. Saipem +1,2%. Down Telecom Italy (-1,1%). According to rumors, Assogestioni opposes the increase in the number of directors requested by Vivendi. 

The banking sector is weak. "For now, there is a lot of talk and nothing is resolved": this is the comment by Giuseppe Castagna, CEO of Bpm (-1,44%) on the risk trend among the Popolari. 

Unicredit it is down by 1,3%. Yesterday evening the bank sold 3,2% stake in Banca d'Italia for 200 million euros. Understanding-1,2% concluded a similar operation. 

Also Generali (+0,40%) sold a portion of the securities in the issuing institution, falling from 6,3 to 5,5% of the capital. In the Agnelli stable, Cnh Industrial loses 0,6%. 

Fiat Chrysler it dropped 1,3%, to 12,61 euros. According to Fenabrave, the federation of Brazilian automakers, sales of cars and light commercial vehicles will record a drop of 5,2% in 2015, while buses and heavy vehicles will see sales drop by 4,2%. 

in luxury, Ferragamo drops 1,7%: Fidentiis has started hedging the stock with a Buy recommendation, target price set in the 26-27 euro range. 

Tod’s loses 0,3%. Credit Suisse upgraded the stock to Neutral from Underperform. 

“The creditor banks are confidently awaiting the new industrial plan”. Thus Gian Mario Gros Pietro, president of Intesa, answered a question about Rcs (+0,9% This morning).
