Stock Exchange: Zucchi over 4% after Buffon rose to 56% of the capital

Zucchi registers more than 4% in Piazza Affari after the Juventus goalkeeper, Gianluigi Buffon, rose to more than 50% of the capital – Unicredit, Bpm and Intesa Sanpaolo also entered the company's capital.

Zucchi gains more than 4% in Piazza Affari after Juventus goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon rose to more than 50% of the capital.

According to Consob communications released on Friday, following the group's capital increase closed at the end of December, the stake held by the Juventus player rose from 19,612 to 56,262% of the capital.

After the increase, the shareholding structure of the listed company sees in addition to Buffon, Unicredit with 4,727%, Bpm with 2,521% and Intesa Sanpaolo with 3,466%.

Riccardo Sebastiano Grande Stevens with 2,475% and Maonia sa with 2,188% remain shareholders, as announced by Consob.
