Stock market, Rcs rebounds after "agreement" meeting: +2,47% in mid-morning

“A fruitful meeting. I don't think there will be a dissolution of the majority pact". These are the encouraging words of Giampiero Pesenti, chairman of the syndicate pact which holds 58,1% of Rcs Mediagroup, at the end of last night's meeting which lasted four hours at the group's headquarters in the center of Milan. What there was to discuss was not trivial: the industrial plan of the managing director Pietro Scott Jovane and the capital increase which should provide fresh funds for at least 400 million by July (plus another 200 by 2015) to the group besieged by the decline in revenues and debts from some past operations, in particular the acquisition of the Spanish Unedisa.

The day after the RCS meeting, the stock of the publishing group gained 2,47% and was traded at 0,85 euros per share in Piazza Affari.
