Mediaset's race does not stop. After a leap of 7,79% yesterday, the stock today is up 1,8% against a Ftse Mib which has reversed the good pace of the start and continues down by 0,5% in mid-morning. In line with the markets, however, the share has slowed down since its inception when it rose by more than 5%.

The opinion of Credit Suisse analysts who have increased the estimates on profits for 2013-2015 and the target price to 4,4 euros from 2,65 lend support to the race for the Alfa Romeo.

On the judicial front of the Berlusconi galaxy, yesterday there was a request from the Attorney General of the Cassation for a 15% reduction in the amount to be compensated to De Benedetti's Cir by Fininvest as part of the sentence on the Mondadori award (according to degree Fininvest was ordered to pay 564 million). Cir drops 2%.

But Mediaset's race is not a recent exploit. In the last six months it has jumped by 81%, and in one year it has achieved a performance of 122% at 2,88 euros per share. So from the minimum of 1,16 euros in November 2011, at the time of the exit from the political scene to make way for Mario Monti, the recovery was over 140%.
