Indesit shares are going against the trend today in Piazza Affari. By mid-morning, the stock of the company that produces household appliances dropped by more than two and a half points, while the Ftse Mib gained 1,4%.
The sales on Indesit were triggered by the downgrade of Goldman Sachs, which cut the valuation of the company's shares from "neutral" to "sell".
At the end of last month, Indesit announced an increase in profits (to 2012 million euros) and revenues for 62,3 (+2,1%, to 2.866 million). Furthermore, the Board of Directors has decided to propose a dividend of 0,20 euro per ordinary share and 0,218 per savings share, with a payout of approximately 33%. Since April, 24 days of Cig have been triggered for employees, while managers have cut their salaries by 10%.
