The share of Banca Carige soars on the Stock Exchange, which in the middle of the morning scores an increase of six percentage points, to 0,1751 euro, after the +0,86% recorded in the last session, characterized by marked volatility (low intraday at €0,159 and a maximum of €0,1819).
Just yesterday kicked off thecapital increase of 800 million euro of the Savings Bank of Genoa and Imperia.
During the transaction, 93 new shares will be offered for every 25 ordinary and savings shares held, at a price of 10 cents, with a substantial discount, equal to 40% compared to the Terp, i.e. the theoretical ex-rights price calculated on the closing price of yesterday.
