Stock Exchange 2017, Piazza Affari queen of Europe

With just a few sessions left to the end of the 2017 stock exchange year, the Milan Stock Exchange is the best among the main European stock exchanges: since the beginning of 2017 it has gained 15,4% ahead of Frankfurt, Paris, London, Madrid and Zurich – In Eastern Europe wins the Warsaw Stock Exchange – Super year for Wall Street and the Asian Stock Exchanges

With just a few sessions remaining from the end of the 2017 stock year, Piazza Affari is the best stock exchange among the main financial centers in Europe. Since the beginning of 2017, it has gained 15,46% thanks to the performance of automotive, technology, pharmaceutical, food stocks and the good performance of banks.

Piazza Affari does better than Zurich (+14,2%), which is the second best stock exchange among the main ones in Europe, and is clearly ahead of the Frankfurt stock exchange (+13,8%), Paris (+10,3 %), Madrid (+8,8%) and London (+6,3%). The annual rise of the Italian Stock Exchange is almost double that achieved by the Euro Stoxx 50, which stopped at 7,9%.

A completely different matter if one looks at the Eastern European Stock Exchanges, where the changes in the exchange rate also count: the performance of the Warsaw Stock Exchange stands out above all with a jump of 2017% since the beginning of 49 and the increases in Istanbul (+42%) and Vienna (+31,3%), but these are insignificant price lists on the world financial scene.

However, 2017 will be remembered as a year to remember for Wall Street and the Asian stock exchanges, even if high inflation once again inflates the prices of Argentine shares, making the biggest jump on the Buenos Aires stock exchange, as usual ( +71,3%).

On the American Stock Exchange, collecting record after record, the Dow Jones made an increase of 25,1% but the Nasdaq did even better, registering a rise of 29,2%. The Standard & Poor's 500 is close to 20%.

Finally, in Asia, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange shines with a rise of 35%, but the 2017 performance of the FTSE/Xinhua China25 with 31,3%, and of the Indian Stock Exchange, above 20%, are also significant.
