The depreciation of Mediobanca shares penalized the accounts by 58 million, against the revaluation of 28 million in 2015

Il Bolloré group ended 2016 with net profits down 22%, to 440 million euros. The year was affected by the repercussions of "the weak international situation" on the group's main business, transport and logistics. The group's operating result fell by 11% to 627 million. The financial result totaled 164 million against 187 million in 2015 and notably includes 325 million in net dividends from Vivendi.

The contribution to the net profit of the companies accounted for in equity was instead 20 million against 104 million in 2015, penalized in particular by the depreciation of Mediobanca shares for 58 million against the revaluation of 28 million in 2015. The Board of Directors will propose a dividend of 0,06 euro per share to the shareholders' meeting on June XNUMXst.

Il dividend it is the same as that paid in 2015 and 2014 and includes the deposit of 0,02 euro already paid in 2016. It is payable in cash and shares. The Ebitda of the Bolloré group in 2016 dropped by 8% to 1,02 billion euros. The group's liquidity improved, with an available amount of 2,2 billion at the end of February against 1,8 billion at the end of 2016 and at the end of 2015, thanks to a new bond issue of 550 million euro.

THEdebt net amounted to 4,2 billion, down by 218 million in the second half and by 22 million in the year. The market value of the portfolio of listed securities (Vivendi, Mediobanca and others) amounted to 4,55 billion euro at the end of December 2016. In particular, the stakes in Mediobanca (8%) and in Generali (0,13%) were worth 569 million, while 20,7% in Vivendi was worth 3,6 billion. The group's turnover, as already announced, was 10,07 billion, down 7%.

La logistics and transport division, which accounts for 55% of the group's turnover, recorded an operating result of 490 million, down 14% compared to 569 million in 2015. Oil logistics, on the other hand, recorded an improvement of 47% to 54 million and communication (Havas, Vivendi and the TLCs) achieved an 11% increase in operating profit to 282 million. The 'red' of electricity storage activity then increased, reaching 168 million after the loss of 126 million in 2015.
