Beni Stabili's gross rental revenues grew to 50,9 million (from 49,6 in the first quarter of 2016) with an improvement of 3,7%, excluding the Telecom Italia portfolio. The financial employment rate rose to 95,6% (+1,3% in 12 months) and there was an acceleration of the asset management strategy with €37,6 million in non-core property sales and €41,9 million in the acquisition of a core office in Milan.
