Beni Stabili Siiq announces the issue and settlement of senior unsecured bonds for 300 million 2,375% maturing 2028. The prospectus was approved by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) on 16 February 2018.

The Company also announces that today the notes have been listed on the official list of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and have been admitted to trading on the regulated market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

With this operation, which is part of Beni Stabili's strategy of optimizing funding sources, the Company has further extended the average maturity of the debt, while at the same time reducing its cost. The company has exercised the early repayment option of the debt relating to the outstanding bonds of 'euro 250,000,000 3.50 per cent. Notes due 2019'.

The placement of the Notes was handled by Morgan Stanley & Co. International PLC and Natixis, who acted as joint lead managers (the 'Joint Lead Managers').
