Cassa Centrale Banca has presented the Bank of Italy with the formal request to assume the role of parent company of the cooperative group, according to Radiocor. The thirty Ccb therefore burns Banca Iccrea on time and presents the application in advance of the deadline set by via Nazionale for next 4 May. The presentation of the application is a fundamental stage for the reform of the sector. The process now provides for a maximum of 120 days for the ECB-Bank of Italy to authorize the establishment of the group.
