The executive members of Banco Popolare's Board of Directors, as well as the main managers and collaborators of the group have renounced the 2013 bonus, both in shares and in cash.
The Plan - let the Bank know - was intended for "key personnel" and envisaged methods of disbursement of the incentive systems in line with the provisions of the Bank of Italy on remuneration and incentive policies in banks, and in particular with the provision that at least 50% of the bonus deriving from these systems should be attributed to shares or instruments connected to them.
