Banco Bpm, agreement with Cassa forense for subsidized credit

Thanks to this agreement, Banco Bpm will be able to grant members of the Cassa Forense subsidized loans aimed at supporting the development of the professional activity.

Banco Bpm and the Cassa Forense have signed a strategic agreement for the provision of a ceiling of 100 million euro, which allows all members of the Cassa to access the Facilitated Credit. Making use of the support of the Guarantee Fund for SMEs (provided for by law 662/96), the third Italian credit institution thus intends to support the activities of professionals who from today they can apply for funding in the name of ease of access.

The initial sending of a few documents activates a rapid and dedicated process, which puts the professionalism of the more than 2300 Banco Bpm branches present throughout the country at the service of the subscribers (on the website www.bancobpmspa.com it is possible to find the nearest branch). Thanks to this agreement, which obtained the approval of the Board of Directors of Cassa and its President Nunzio Luciano, Banco Bpm will be able to grant members of the Cassa Forense subsidized loans aimed at supporting the development of the professional activity, from the purchase or restructuring of the studio to the purchase of the instrumentation, benefiting from the guarantees given by the Guarantee Fund for SMEs, set up by the Ministry of Economic Development in concert with the Ministry of Economy and Finance.

The tool is characterized by offering concrete and useful support in a simple way to the more than 240.000 lawyers enrolled in the Cassa Forense; all activities relating to the acquisition and completion of the guarantee are entirely borne by Banco Bpm. Thus an important collaboration takes place between the banking world and that of the social security funds, according to new criteria of support for the professions and proximity to local activities.
