A possible merger between Banca Popolare di Vicenza and Veneto Banca, once the well-known capital increase of the latter has been completed, will have to be submitted to the judgment of Alessandro Penati, head of the Atlante Fund.
This was stated by Giuseppe Guzzetti, president of the Cariplo Foundation and of Acri, on the sidelines of the Trento Festival of Economics: “He will evaluate Penati.
