Ubi Banca has nominated as president Paolo Maria Vittorio Grandi, which therefore happens to Letizia Moratti. His deputy will be, in the few months that separate the Lombard bank from the completion of the merger into Intesa Sanpaolo, Bruno Picca. The managing director is Gaetano Miccicchè.

Giovanni De Gennaro is instead the new president of the Banca Popolare di Bari, while the current general manager Giampiero Bergami is the new CEO. They were elected, together with the other five members of the bank's board of directors, with 96,817% of the total share capital, ie the votes of the ordinary shareholders' meeting. 174 of the approximately 69 shareholders voted. Also elected to the Board of Directors, as proposed by Mediocredito Centrale, which holds 97% of the bank's shares, are Elena De Gennaro, CFO of Mcc, the university professor Paola Girdinio and the three Apulian lawyers Cinzia Capano, Roberto Fusco and Bartolomeo Cozzoli.

With the same percentage of 96,8% they were elected by the assembly the members of the board of statutory auditors: the chairman Luca Aniasi, with a fee of 40 thousand euros, the standing auditors Sofia Paternostro and Raffaele Ferrara (with a fee of 25 thousand euros), the alternate auditors Marcella Galvani and Gandolfo Spagnuolo. The newly elected bodies of the Popolare di Bari will be in office for the next three years, until 2022. When they accept and conclude the final requirements for the handover, the extraordinary administration procedure will formally close, with the commissioners Antonio Blandini and Enrico Ajello who after ten months will return the bank to the new ordinary administration.
