Genertellife and Banca Sella sign a partnership in the bancassurance sector and launch two new solutions dedicated to Banca Sella customers. Thanks to this new partnership, two product lines will be available: Sella Glife Smart, designed for retail and affluent customers, and Sella Glife Wealth Prime, dedicated to private customers. These are policies, both multi-class, which combine the characteristics of a Branch I product (the Glife Premium Separate Management) with the advantages of a Branch III product (the two Internal Funds, Sella Glife ESG balanced and Sella Glife ESG equity) .
This allows the customer to choose an investment insurance solution capable of reconciling the performance potential of the stock markets with the stability of separate management. The offer is dedicated to the bank's customers: the two internal funds were purposely set up with a strong ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) imprint and are managed by the asset management company Generali Insurance Asset Management SpA (GIAM). The funds mainly invest in assets which promote environmental or social characteristics and which must not cause significant damage to the environment or create a negative social impact. Furthermore, the companies in which the resources are invested must adhere to good governance practices, such as the soundness of management structures, relations with personnel, remuneration policies and compliance with tax obligations.
The policies are also flexible, with the possibility of making additional payments, of redeeming the capital already one year after payment and of switching between lines, with the aim of achieving a personalized share exposure that can be modified over time. The two new solutions fit into thesustainability action of Generali which for the Company means doing business well through business and community commitment.
