Banca Profilo acquired the Swiss company Dynagest SA, which operates in the field of institutional asset management with assets of approximately 2 billion francs.
The transaction, finalized on 2 July, was carried out by Banque Profil de Gestion (“BpdG”), the Swiss subsidiary of Banca Profilo.
Dynagest SA controls Dynamic Asset Management SA, a Luxembourg management company (see the press release of April 24, 2018).
Once regulatory approval has been obtained, BPdG intends to proceed with the merger of Dynagest by 30 September 2018.
