The Shareholders' Meeting of Banca Ifis was held today, which approved the financial statements for the year 2014, distribution to shareholders of a dividend equal to 0,66 euro for each ordinary share (up compared to 0,57 cents in 2014 and with payment starting from 15 April), the contents of the document relating to the group's remuneration policies for 2015 and the renewal of the authorization of thepurchase and disposal of ordinary treasury shares up to the maximum amount authorized by the Bank of Italy within a period of 18 months starting from the date of the shareholders' resolution.
The purchases may also be made in several stages, for a maximum number not exceeding one fifth of the share capital at a price between a minimum of 4 euros and a maximum of 30 euros per share.
At the beginning of the afternoon, the Banca Ifis share reached and exceeded the threshold of 20 euro per share a Business Square, where at about 14,30 pm it gained 2,67% a 20,02 euro.
