Musical autumn at the Unicredit Pavilion

A new series of musical encounters begins in October at the UniCredit Pavilion, a pole for spontaneous aggregation and an open space for sharing, reflecting the attention that UniCredit has always paid to culture, especially music and young talents.

Jazz at the Pavilion – Four evenings of jazz music with great talents from the Italian scene: on 16 October, Danilo Rea, one of the best known and most appreciated Italian jazz pianists in the world, will offer the show Across my universe: My Beatles, My Stones. The concert will be an opportunity to present live the songs of his new album "Something in our way", to be released on October 16, dedicated to the greatest hits of the musical repertoire of the Beatles and the Rolling Stones reinterpreted in a jazz key.

Fabrizio Bosso, trumpeter with an unmistakable voice and one of the best known on the Italian jazz scene, will present his latest album "Duke" on October 18, paying homage to Ellington, the most influential composer of the genre throughout the twentieth century. For the occasion, all the original formation will be present, directed by maestro Paolo Silvestri and made up of eleven elements: the Fabrizio Bosso quartet composed by Julian Oliver Mazzariello on piano, Luca Alemanno on double bass, Nicola Angelucci on drums and a section of six wind masters composed by Fernando Brusco and Claudio Corvini on trumpet, Mario Corvini on trombone, Gianni Oddi on alto sax, Marco Guidolotti on baritone sax and Michele Polga on tenor and soprano sax.

Double appointment for Chiara Civello who will perform on the evenings of 13 and 14 November, presenting an unprecedented format: a first part alone in which she will sing some of the most representative songs of her career and a second part accompanied by Nicola Conte Combo in which will present the repertoire of his acclaimed album "Canzoni" produced by the Conte himself. The concert will also offer some new surprises. Chiara was accompanied on stage by the ensemble of the Italian Philharmonic Orchestra.

Karima's unmistakable voice will introduce us into the Christmas atmosphere on December 1st, accompanied by an exceptional rhythm: Dado Moroni on the piano, Riccardo Fioravanti on the double bass and Stefano Bagnoli on the drums. Together they will offer us "A Christmas Tale" through the repertoire of jazz standards, in a very special Christmas tale.

Baroque Europe – on 25 October the ensemble of the Accademia Musicale dell'Annunciata of Abbiategrasso will perform. The young students of the main conservatories and musical civic schools of Milan will carry out studies on the baroque practice of JG Ferdinand Fischer, Vivaldi and Händel.
