Atlantia is ready to surrender until 30% of the capital of Aeroporti di Roma. The CEO of the group reveals it John Castellucci in an interview with the newspaper 'La Repubblica' specifying that the resources obtained from sale of 30% of AdR they will be used to finance the group's growth in airports around the world "where opportunities present themselves" and not to raise dividends.

Castellucci has denied the rumors about a possible one sale of shares in Autostrade: “No, there is no project in progress for the sale of shares in Autostrade. While I confirm that we are looking at the sale of 30% of AdR". In this regard, Atlantia's CEO clarified that the sale of the minority stake will take place "by next spring, but only if we find partners willing to recognize the fair value of AdR".
