The company revised to 130-135 basis points with respect to the initial indication of 135-140 basis points the yield guidance on the new bond issue for a benchmark amount denominated in euro and maturing February 16, 2021.

Atlantia today launched a bond loan of 750 million euro of the duration of 7 years and 4 months. The company communicates this, specifying that "the operation was successfully placed with institutional investors and was closed early, with orders exceeding three billion euros and with strong demand from institutional investors in France, Germany and United Kingdom".

Atantia has revised to 130-135 basis points with respect to the initial indication of 135-140 basis points the yield guidance on the new bond issue for a benchmark amount denominated in euro and maturing February 16, 2021.

The company is rated Baa1 by Moody's, bbb+ by Standard & Poor's and A+ by Fitch.

At the close of the session in Piazza Affari, Atlantia's stock gained just over half a percentage point.
