The Treasury placed 7 billion 12-month bonds with a negative yield and good but not exceptional demand

The annual BoT yield falls again and remains below the 0% line. In today's auction, the Treasury placed 7 billion 12-month BoTs at a rate of -0,074% (-7 basis points on the previous auction), with good but not exceptional demand. The requests amounted to 9,627 billion euros against the 7 billion offered and entirely assigned by the Treasury. The auction regulation falls on January 14th.
