Carlo Bonomi, president of Synopo spa, will be the new president of Assolombarda Confindustria Milano Monza and Brianza. The entrepreneur was designated by the general council of the entrepreneurs' association of Milan, Monza and Brianza.
Bonomi – who will succeed Gianfelice Rocca for the next four years, until 2021 – received 82 votes against 73 for the other candidate, Andrea Dell'Orto. The mandate of the designated president will start with the next assembly, scheduled for 12 June.
