New appointment in Tim's house. The telecommunications group led by Pietro Labriola communicated that Eugene Santagata will be the new head of the company's Chief Public Affairs & Security Officer. The appointment takes effect immediately.
Santagata, will report directly to Pietro Labriola, managing director and general manager of the group. They report directly to him the security function, whose responsibility remains entrusted to Stefano Grassi, and the structures of Chief Public Affairs Office function which is simultaneously overcome.
“Eugenio Santagata boasts an important and vast experience in the defense sector, where he held important positions, including operational positions and, for over 15 years, he worked in the private sector of security systems and cyber security", underlines Tim in a note.
Santagata also maintains the position of Telsy CEO, a role he has held since 1 April 2021 - and qualifies as key manager. At the same time, Stefano Grassi's qualification as key manager is superseded.
“Eugenio Santagata and Stefano Grassi are holders of 93.000 and 208.536 Tim ordinary shares, respectively”, specifies the company.
