Volunteer bee: how much does it cost? Here are three simulations

In some cases, the repayment installment of the voluntary Ape risks weighing heavily on the future social security check – Let's analyze the options that are presented to those who will receive a net pension of 2 thousand, 1.500 and 1.200 euros per month.

Volunteer bee: how much does it cost? Here are three simulations

Albeit nine months late, theVolunteer bee has finally become operational. We have already talked about the requirements and how the new Pension Advance works , promising. In this article we propose three simulations to better understand how much the Ape will weigh on the pockets of future retirees.

The examples start from the same basic situation (that of an employee living in Rome), however distinguishing between three income brackets. Let's analyze the options that are presented to those who will receive a net pension of 2 thousand, 1.500 and 1.200 euros per month. For each of these cases, let's see how much the Ape repayment installment will affect the future pension depending on whether the advance is 3 years and seven months, 3 years, 2 years, one year or just 6 months. The calculations refer to the maximum amount that can be collected with the pension advance, a figure which varies according to the amount of the pension and the amount of the advance.

Warning: these simulations contain indicative values and are the result of an approximation. Their only purpose is to provide an order of magnitude that allows evaluating the convenience of the Ape in a preliminary way. However, there are many variables involved and the numbers can vary. We therefore recommend that anyone who wants to have a more precise picture of their personal situation use it the INPS simulator.

ON A PENSION OF 2.000 EUROS NET PER MONTH (2.950 GROSS)

Maximum advance (3 years and 7 months): for an Ape of 1.560 euros, the net monthly repayment installment that will be subtracted from the future pension will be 405 euros, therefore for 20 years the pension will drop to 1.595 euros.

3 years advance: for an Ape of 1.560 euros, the net monthly repayment installment that will be subtracted from the future pension will be 335 euros, therefore for 20 years the pension will drop to 1.665 euros.

2 years advance: for an Ape of 1.665 euros, the net monthly repayment installment that will be subtracted from the future pension will be 235 euros, therefore for 20 years the pension will drop to 1.765 euros.

1 year advance: for an Ape of 1.770 euros, the net monthly repayment installment that will be subtracted from the future pension will be 125 euros, therefore for 20 years the pension will drop to 1.875 euros.

Minimum advance (6 months): for an Ape of 1.875 euros, the net monthly repayment installment that will be subtracted from the future pension will be 65 euros, therefore for 20 years the pension will drop to 1.935 euros.

ON A PENSION OF 1.500 EUROS NET PER MONTH (2.100 GROSS)

Maximum advance (3 years and 7 months): for an Ape of 1.210 euros, the net monthly repayment installment that will be subtracted from the future pension will be 315 euros, therefore for 20 years the pension will drop to 1.185 euros (less than what was taken with the Ape).

3 years advance: for an Ape of 1.210 euros, the net monthly repayment installment that will be subtracted from the future pension will be 260 euros, therefore for 20 years the pension will drop to 1.240 euros.

2 years advance: for an Ape of 1.290 euros, the net monthly repayment installment that will be subtracted from the future pension will be 180 euros, therefore for 20 years the pension will drop to 1.320 euros.

1 year advance: for an Ape of 1.370 euros, the net monthly repayment installment that will be subtracted from the future pension will be 95 euros, therefore for 20 years the pension will drop to 1.405 euros.

Minimum advance (6 months): for an Ape of 1.450 euros, the net monthly repayment installment that will be subtracted from the future pension will be 50 euros, therefore for 20 years the pension will drop to 1.450 euros.

ON A FUTURE PENSION OF 1.200 EUROS NET PER MONTH (1.650 GROSS)

Maximum advance (3 years and 7 months): for an Ape of 980 euros, the net monthly repayment installment that will be subtracted from the future pension will be 255 euros, therefore for 20 years the pension will drop to 945 euros (less than what was taken with the Ape).

3 years advance: for an Ape of 980 euros, the net monthly repayment installment that will be subtracted from the future pension will be 210 euros, therefore for 20 years the pension will drop to 990 euros (roughly what it was with the Ape).

2 years advance: for an Ape of 1.045 euros, the net monthly repayment installment that will be subtracted from the future pension will be 150 euros, therefore for 20 years the pension will drop to 1.050 euros (roughly what it was with the Ape).

1 year advance: for an Ape of 1.110 euros, the net monthly repayment installment that will be subtracted from the future pension will be 80 euros, therefore for 20 years the pension will drop to 1.120 euros (roughly what it was with the Ape).

Minimum advance (6 months): for an Ape of 1.175 euros, the net monthly repayment installment that will be subtracted from the future pension will be 40 euros, therefore for 20 years the pension will drop to 1.160 euros.
