Corporate welfare is essential to improve the well-being of employees and their families and, in this context, the importance of reconciling private and working life comes into play.
Also this year Alleanza Assicurazioni, the Generali Italia company dedicated to families, takes part in the 23rd edition of "Children in the office": today, Friday 26 May, Alleanza opens the doors of the Milan office in Piazza Fidia to the children of employees who will thus be able to know the place of work of the parents.
Marina Montepilli, Alleanza Assicurazioni human resources director, said: “After last year's success, Alleanza participates in the 2017 edition of “Children in the Office” with great enthusiasm. Joining the initiative stems from the desire of our people to show their children the place where they spend most of their day and let them know what their job consists of. This day is part of the many engagement initiatives that Alleanza offers to its employees with the aim of promoting a high level of involvement, participation, energy and well-being within the company".
For the occasion, Alleanza has organized many activities for its younger guests. After a welcome snack, the children will be engaged in a visit which, through play, will introduce them to their parents' environments and work activities. Children will then be able to amuse themselves in the various play corners and try their hand at thematic workshops divided by age group, with the aim of creating gift items for mum and dad with a view to "sustainability". Finally, the little ones can have fun with the face painting and be the protagonists of a photo shoot.
