Alitalia, Montezemolo leaves the presidency

Luca Cordero di Montenzemolo leaves the presidency of Alitalia, but remains on the company's board of directors. This was reported by Ansa, according to which, after the approval of the industrial plan expected during tomorrow's board meeting, Alitalia will enter a new phase in which Montenzemolo will not be a part, who therefore on March 15 will officially formalize the renunciation of the role of president as he announced last November.

But there's more, because according to rumors, in the context of the board of directors meeting to be held on April 20, the manager could also leave the role of vice president of Unicredit, following in the footsteps of Fabrizio Palenzona.
