Adr, Lazio Region ready to sell share

La Lazio region would be ready to sell its stake in Adr, the company that manages the Fiumicino and Ciampino airports and belongs to the Atlantia group. This was reported by various press sources, according to which the minimum price set by the Region for its 1,3% stake in Aeroporti di Roma would be 48,5 million euros, in an operation similar to the one concluded last February by the Municipality of Rome.

The most likely buyer for the Lazio Region stake would, of course, be Atlantia, which at the moment, after having acquired the 1,3% held by the Municipality of Rome, holds 97,2% of Adr. The other remaining shareholders, at the moment, are the Metropolitan City of Rome Capital (0,251%) and the Municipality of Fiumicino (0,100%).
