The Milan Stock Exchange continues to rise with the FtseMib index rising by 1% to 16.182. The other price lists are also on the rise: Paris +1,51%, Frankfurt +0,54%, London +0,91%. Madrid +1,36%.

The differential between the BTP and the German Bund it remains stable at the opening around 281 points after yesterday's drop. The yield stands at just over 4% (4,029%). The progress of short maturities was more pronounced: the yield on the 2-year BTP fell to the new all-time low of 1,187%.

Spain sold government bonds at 3 and 9 months for a total of 3,01 billion euro, beyond the maximum target of 3 billion, with rates falling. On the 3-month maturity the average yield fell to 0,12% from the 0,285% of the March auction and on the 9-month maturity the yield fell below 1%, to 0,787% from 1,007%.

Recommended Fiat (+3,01%), driven by the recommendation of Ubs which raised the rating to "buy" from "neutral". leap of stm (+5,97%) after the quarterly results announced tonight. The company expects revenue to grow 3% in the second quarter of the year after ending the first quarter with a loss of $171 million and revenue of $2,01 billion, slightly below analyst estimates by 2,02, 10 billion. The company has announced that it will switch to distributing quarterly dividends every six months: XNUMX cents per share expected in the second and third quarters. 

Telecom +3,38%, after President Franco Bernabè set May 8 as the deadline for deciding whether to proceed with the negotiations with the Chinese of Hutchinson Whampoa. It confirms its weakness in Piazza Affari Bpm (-2,22%) at 0,52 euros following the resignation of the chairman of the Supervisory Board Filippo Annunziata. The decision was taken on the eve of the CDS meeting, while the shareholders' meeting will meet on Saturday 27 April to approve the financial statements

Contrast the others banks: Unicredit +1,72%, Intesa +0,83%, MontePaschi +1.16%. Azimuth +1,89%. Enel is up 1,24%, Eni -0,11%, Brent is down by one point to 99,5 dollars a bari. A2A +1,34%. Finmeccanica rises by 1,84%. 

In luxury Luxottica (+1,06%) and Tod's (+1,22%) moved little. Safilo is among the best stocks on Piazza Affari with an increase of 6%, to 11,15 euro, after the promotion of the main brokers: Kepler confirmed the "buy" and raised the target price to 11,50 euro from 10 euro . Equita also confirmed the "buy" bringing the target to 12,50 euros. Finally, Cheuvreux raised the recommendation to "outperform" from "underperform", while the target price was significantly raised to 12 euros from 7,5 euros. Safilo announced yesterday that it closed the first quarter of 2013 with sales up 2,9% to 297 million euros and a net profit of over 13 million, up 12%. The net financial position stood at -220 million euro, slightly above the 215 million at the end of 2012. 

Cucinelli is down (-1,8%). Mediobanca yesterday evening it launched the placement of 1,1 million shares at a price of 15,07 euros: the share of the fine wool clothing company closed the session at 15,78 euros.
