The Asian session closed mostly on the rise, supported by the recovery of American technology stocks and the return of buying in semiconductors. Out of the main basket, Salvatore Ferragamo The company lost nearly 6% after its results were published yesterday after the markets closed: the group returned to profit in the first half of 2026 with a net profit of €1,5 million, while EBITDA rose to €90 million from €73 million the previous year. Revenues stood at €468 million, down 1,3% at current exchange rates but up 1,9% at constant exchange rates. Still outside the main stock exchange, Revo Insurance has submitted a binding offer to acquire Eurocaution, a company specializing in surety bonds in the Benelux countries, for a maximum amount of €22 million.
On the bond front, it spread between BTPs and Bunds remains stable at 79 basis points, a slight decrease of 0,54%, with the yield on the 10-year Italian BTP at 3,94%.
