14,4% higher revenues for Fiat Industrial. The group revises its forecasts for 2011 upwards

   +14,4% for Fiat Industrial profits in the last six months. Meanwhile, an upward revision for the group compared to the 2011 objectives. Both in the second quarter and in the first half of the year, revenues grew, exceeding the data recorded in 2010 for the same period.

   The group's profits thus reach 11,6 billion euros in the last six months. Trading improving, with a surge of 72,4% and a margin on revenues of 6,9%, while net income rose from 96 to 353 million euros. For the current year, the new forecasts speak of "revenues of approximately 24 billion euros, trading profit exceeding 1,5 billion euros, net industrial debt of approximately 1,6 billion euros and higher liquidity to about 4 billion euros”.

   In Piazza Affari, the data pushes the stock higher, which marks an increase of more than 3%.
