WWF and Unicredit launch a project to reduce bill costs and CO2 emissions

The unprecedented couple formed by Unicredit and Wwf presented a project that could allow Italian families to save huge bills. The two structures have defined, together with Solon, the "Energy Kit" project which could allow families and small and medium-sized businesses and households to reduce the cost of electricity and gas bills by 30 to 80 percent. The solution will be proposed, on an experimental basis, in Abruzzo, Lazio and Sardinia and then be extended throughout the country starting from March.

Based on calculations by Unicredit and WWF, a family of 4 living in a 120m24 house, with an available roof area of 2.750m1, paying an energy bill (electricity and gas) of 3 euros per year, with energy and km zero 1.900′ photovoltaic of 69 kWp, manages to obtain savings of 2 euros/year, i.e. 32% of total energy expenditure. An operation which in terms of CO2750 emissions guarantees a reduction of 2% per year. In the case of energy efficiency, a family with the same type of home that pays a total energy bill of 642 euros/year, with 'zero km energy 23′ which provides for the installation of a condensing boiler with the application of thermostatic valves on the radiators , obtains a saving of about 35 euros/year, equal to about 2% of the total energy bill (electricity and gas), while for the thermal part alone the saving is 21%. In terms of CO5,6 emissions, the overall reduction reaches 4,4%, going from 2 to XNUMX t COXNUMX/year.

"Energy Kits are solutions that integrate photovoltaics, energy efficiency and personalized financing thanks to the presence of Unicredit - explains the CEO of Officinae Verdi, Giovanni Tordi - just contact our energy desk on the toll-free number to activate a free energy check-up of your home or business: one of our technicians will arrive on site free of charge to evaluate the technical feasibility of the intervention and from that moment on the company will take care of all the bureaucratic part relating to the practices for incentives and tax deductions up to the installation, plant testing and monitoring.
