Wind gives the go-ahead to the Galata newco, into which around 6 towers will flow and 90% of which will be sold. Four offers have arrived and they bear the signatures of Ei Towers (Mediaset group), Abertis, F2i in tandem with Providence and American Tower. Between today and tomorrow the envelopes will be opened. In the coming days, the company could decide to grant an exclusive to one of the contending suitors.
Approximately 60-70 employees will be transferred to the newco on a voluntary basis and, according to what has been learned, the acquired rights will be guaranteed. The trade unions (Fistel Cisl, Slc Cgil and Uilcom Uil) are already working with the company for the transfer: a discussion is scheduled for next January 27th.
