Usa, Chrysler is doing better than expected: 54th consecutive month of growth

For the Detroit home it is the best September since 2005, and the fifty-fourth consecutive month of increases – The figure is also higher than the expectations of analysts, who expected growth of 16%.

Chrysler grows and does it better than expected. In September, the FCA group brand sold 169.890 units in the United States compared to 143.017 in the same period in 2013.

The 19% increase was driven by increases in the Chrysler, Jeep, Ram Truck and Fiat brands. For the Detroit home it is the best September since 2005, and the fifty-fourth consecutive month of increases. The figure is also higher than the expectations of analysts, who expected a 16% growth.

The merit, explains the sales manager for the United States Reid Bigland, is “of the continuous demand for the new Chrysler 200, for the Jeep models and the Ram pickups. Our sales – says Bigland – continue to remain at high levels, recording the seventh consecutive month of double-digit increases in the year”.

Specifically, the Jeep brand achieved a 47% increase, marking the best September ever, the twelfth consecutive month of increases and the highest percentage increase among the various Chrysler Group brands.
