Good exploit of the market of US mortgages over the past week: increased by1,7% applications for new home mortgages, settling at 710.4 points from 698 in the previous week.
Also refinancing are increasing: mortgages that in the last 7 days have been the subject of a request for transfer to other institutions, or for expansion (to support new expenses), have increased 1,3%, settling in absolute value at share 3.734.
New policies have grown by 3,7%, 197 points.
